Priceline Drugstore Haul

Wednesday, January 27, 2016

Hello lovelies,

Today is my first day back at work after a ten-day cruise. It was so hard to wake up this morning GAAAAH! I almost called in sick lol...

Anyway, one of the girls in my finance department mentioned the 40%-off sale for every skincare products at Priceline. I didn't necessarily need anything at that moment but why not check it out right?
So I went to Priceline during my lunch break and ended up spending the whole hour there to stock up... Blame it on impulsivity!

Now I just want to share with you what I got from Priceline. Some of these items are my old-time faves and I will be reviewing them; I also got a few products I want to try. Everything I got below is currently on sale at Priceline until midnight tomorrow! So if you want, get it fast!

Drugstore old-time favourites:

1. Bio-Oil
It is my holy grail product to get rid of my mossie-bite scars. Since I was a kid, I love to scratch my skin and it left me with lots of scarring along my legs until one day my friend suggested Bio-Oil. It works wonders on my skin!! It even got rid of my scars caused by hot cooking oil splashed on my face!

2. Nivea Hydro-Care lip balm with SPF
This one is my fave lipbalm! I find them very moisturising compared to other Nivea lipbalms.

3. Lucas Papaw Ointment
Although I love my Nivea, I must admit Papaw has special place in my heart. I always reach for it during winter when my lips get so dry and flakey and my usual lipbalm alone wouldn't beat it.

4. Cetaphil skin cleanser
I've lost count on how many empty bottles of these I've used in the past 8 years! This has been my fave cleanser since I was diagnosed with ezcema and my GP suggested Cetaphil. So If you have sensitive skin like me, look no further, Cetaphil will be your best friend :)

5. Simple facial wipes
I Absolutely LOVE these wipes. It is my best friends after night-outs when I get home and too lazy to wash my face before bed! haha.... so I just wipe my face with it and VOILA, I am ready for bed.

I also get these:
5. Nivea Masks
It was down to $1.79 each and it has 2 sachets so I gave it a go I will do a review once I tested it :D

6. Neutrogena SPF50++ Spray
I got this because my bf's sister brought on the cruise and WOW no more sticky sunscreen! This is so easy to use, you can just spray it like how you use deodorant. It doesn't feel thick and sticky on your skin, yet it gives good sun protection! My bf has very pale skin and he can get sun burnt easily but when he used this he didn't get it!

7. La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50++
I've been hearing about La Roche Posay a lot but I never actually tried it and today when I saw them in store with 40% markdowns, I decided to give it a go. It is a French brand afterall and typically speaking, European made products are of higher quality!

8. La Roche Posay eye cream
I also got their eye cream since it was down from $40 to $20!! Where else would you get decent eye cream for this price. I also checked the reviews online before getting this and it is quite good. Some people said this cream helps in reducing dark circles and y'all know how bad my dark circles are boo :(

And that's everything I got. If you are interested in getting any of these, quickly go to your local Priceline before midnight tomorrow! :D
